The name "NAVIO", which means the ship in Portugal language.
The name of the facility is filled with the desire for you to travel to Amakusa, which issurrounded by three seas while staying at NAVIO.

Each room is fully equipped with free wifi.
Smoking is prohibited in buildings.

There is a shower booth and toilet in the room. It is also recommended for nearby hot springs.

About bed: Rooms do not set a different price for children. Children charge the same as adults.

About clean out: Stay longer than 3 days.Clean once in three days.

About parking lot: There is a private parking lot for SEACRUISE HOUSE NAVIO guests next to it. We don’t have a free shuttle bus from NAVIO to Matsushima(Maejima)port.

About the use of the kitchen: Each Navio room (except Olivia) is equipped with IH cooking heaters and cooking utensils.
You can enjoy the food freely during your stay.
However, the following acts are prohibited so that the next customer can stay comfortably.

・Dissect and discard raw fish ※Except for raw fish that have been removed from the internal organs and scales
・Don't eat food in bed ※If you contaminate the sheets and mattresses with food and drink, you may be charged a separate cleaning fee.
・Be careful with fire ※cassette cooker and Japanese small charcoal grill

Cancellation: Please contact you as early as possible to cancel or change your appointment When canceling a reservation,the charge is as follows

・30% for cancelling between 7 days prior the check-in date
・50% for cancelling between 3 days prior the check-in date
・100% for cancelling one day prior the check-in date
・100% for cancelling on the day of check-in
・100% for cancelling on the day of no notification and not arrived
